Makes sense seeing that Hamish and I have similar personalities.Buffy Stun-Hershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04457770956881570334noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8290018095724594998.post-12912082613018245092008-11-15T23:25:00.000+11:002008-11-15T23:25:00.000+11:00I had never noticed the similarities between you a...I had never noticed the similarities between you and Jack before--I think it's the difference in colouring that threw me. But looking at those two: the eyes and eyebrows and the shape of the cheeks and chin (though a lot of that is baby shape) are so similar. The mouths and noses, less so.

But there's something about Hamish, still, that reminds me distinctly of you. It's in the eyes, but I don't know what it is. And, to be honest, I don't know that you'd ever see it, because you don't ever see yourself the way other people see you.

(Even looking in a mirror is calculated, lack spontaneity.)

But even when Hamish was a baby, he'd look at me and he'd look just like you. So perhaps it was in gesture or action as much as in colouring or shape.

Weird.

I never got that sense with Jack, even now I see those two pictures together and see the similarities.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
